2. Description of Services

Passlo is an event ticketing platform that enables seamless event discovery, ticket booking, and venue entry management. Our platform offers:

• Users to browse, discover, and purchase tickets for concerts, festivals, workshops, and more
• Event organizers to create, manage, promote, and sell tickets for their events
• Venue staff to scan and validate tickets using the Passlo Scanner app
• Digital ticket storage and presentation via secure QR codes
• Real-time event analytics and attendee management for organizers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To purchase tickets or create events, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Ticket Purchases

4.1 Pricing

All ticket prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are set by event organizers and may change without notice.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Please review the event's refund policy before purchasing. Passlo may facilitate refunds but is not responsible for organizer refund decisions.

5. Event Organizers

Event organizers using Passlo agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Honor all tickets sold through the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle attendee data in accordance with privacy laws
• Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent events

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Resell tickets in violation of event organizer policies
• Create fake or fraudulent accounts
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Scrape or collect data without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Passlo are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Passlo acts as a platform connecting event organizers with attendees. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
