1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Passlo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services provided by Passlo, a product of CodeYug (“we,” “our,” or “us”), based in Mumbai, India. These Terms apply collectively to our web platform (passlo.in) and the Passlo Partner App (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).

By downloading, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Platform & Services

Passlo is an event management, digital pass issuance, and venue access control platform. Our Services provide:

• Event Discovery: Attendees can view upcoming event listings, schedules, venue details, and organizer contact information.
• Pass Issuance & Digital Passes: Event organizers, managers, and designated ticket issuers can issue secure digital passes with dynamic QR codes to attendees through the Passlo Partner App.
• Access Control & QR Validation: Venue gatekeepers and staff can scan, verify authenticity, and check in attendees in real time using the Passlo Partner App.
• Event Management: Organizers can monitor attendance numbers, validate staff activities, and manage admission workflows.

3. No On-Platform Ticket Sales or Payment Processing

Passlo does not sell tickets or process payments: Neither our web platform nor our mobile applications process financial transactions, charge credit/debit cards, or operate an e-commerce ticket purchasing gateway.

4. User Accounts & Roles

4.1 Partner Accounts (Organizers, Managers & Staff)

Event organizers, managers, ticket issuers, and venue staff access the Passlo Partner App via authenticated credentials. Partners represent and warrant that they possess legal authority to host events, issue passes, and verify admissions. Partners must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and are strictly accountable for all activities under their accounts.

4.2 Attendee Access

Attendees may view event listings on our website without creating an account or present issued digital passes provided by event organizers. Attendees must provide accurate information when receiving a pass and are responsible for safeguarding their digital QR passes against unauthorized copying or sharing.

4.3 Account Deletion

Users and Partners may delete their account and associated data at any time by submitting a deletion request to passloapp@gmail.com or visiting our dedicated Delete Account page.

5. Digital Passes & Venue Entry

• Entry License: A digital pass generated by Passlo is a revocable credential issued by the event organizer granting permission to attend the specified event.
• QR Code Validation: Venue admission requires scanning and verification through the Passlo Partner App. Passlo verifies code authenticity and one-time validation to prevent duplicate entries.
• Admission Discretion: Event organizers and venue security retain sole discretion over physical admission, venue rules, security screenings, and age restrictions. Passlo does not guarantee physical admission.

6. Partner & Organizer Obligations

Any event organizer or partner using the Passlo Platform agrees to:

• Provide accurate and lawful event information (name, venue, timings, guidelines).
• Honor all valid passes issued through the Platform.
• Comply with all applicable municipal, state, and national laws and licensing regulations.
• Handle attendee contact information responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws.
• Not list fraudulent, prohibited, misleading, or hazardous events.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Counterfeit, forge, tamper with, or duplicate digital passes or QR verification codes.
• Circumvent or attempt to disable venue scanner validation or access-control security.
• Use the Platform for illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or harvest data from the web or mobile applications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the stability, integrity, or network security of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, algorithms, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, and QR verification technologies, are the exclusive property of CodeYug or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Passlo provides technology infrastructure connecting organizers, staff, and attendees. We are not responsible for event organization, postponement, cancellations, venue safety, organizer conduct, or admission decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeYug and Passlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
