After purchasing, your tickets are available in the "My Tickets" section of the app. You can also access them on the web at passlo.in/tickets.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Please check the event details or contact the organizer directly for refund requests.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile section in the Passlo app. This will permanently remove all your data.
What if my QR code doesn't scan?
Ensure your screen brightness is at maximum and there's no glare. If issues persist, venue staff can verify your ticket using your email or booking ID.
How do I become an event organizer?
